At Pets Drug Mart Canada, we want you and your pet to love your style; if your fashion purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Please ensure all items remain in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the pet apparel items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the unworn items, including all original packaging and tags, into a secure shipping box along with a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
